At Maakhie, we deeply respect your personal privacy. When you purchase our 100% Pure Organic Royal Sidr Honey or contact our customer support, we only collect the minimum essential information required to safely process, dispatch, and deliver your order across Pakistan.

2. Information We Collect

When you place an order on our store, we collect:

• Full Name: To address your parcel correctly.
• Delivery Address: To deliver your package to your doorstep.
• Phone Number (WhatsApp): For delivery updates, courier dispatch verification, and rider contact.
• Email Address (Optional): For order receipts and automated shipping tracking links.

3. How Your Information is Used

Your personal details are strictly used to fulfill your purchase, communicate order delivery status via SMS/WhatsApp, and provide customer support. We never sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers or marketing agencies.

4. Payment & Financial Security

Because our primary payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD), we do not collect or store credit/debit card numbers or bank credentials on our website. You pay securely in cash upon inspecting your parcel at your doorstep.

5. Optional Website Analytics

First-party website analytics are enabled by default for new visitors. We use random first-party browser and session identifiers to understand page visits, pack selections and the direct-order journey. Analytics may include campaign tags, referring website and a broad device/browser category. When securely configured, our server uses your IP transiently with a locally hosted DB-IP City Lite database to estimate country, province and city. Raw IP addresses and coordinates are not stored in analytics, and no location request is sent to DB-IP for your visit. Estimated location can be inaccurate and does not replace your delivery city. We do not include names, phone numbers or delivery addresses in analytics events, and an anonymous browser identifier does not identify a unique person.

The optional Use my location button requests location permission from your browser only when clicked. If allowed, your device sends its current coordinates directly to BigDataCloud to identify your city. BigDataCloud also receives your network IP and may use coordinate/IP signals to improve its services; see its privacy policy. Maakhie receives and saves only country, region and city for your current analytics session, marked as browser-provided location. We do not receive or save these coordinates on our server. You can decline, revoke permission in your browser or turn analytics off; ordering remains available. Browser location may also be approximate and is not proof of residence.

You can use Privacy preferences to turn analytics off and delete analytics linked to this browser without affecting ordering. Existing opt-out choices are preserved. We respect supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Detailed events are retained for up to 90 days and visitor/attribution records for up to 180 days, subject to scheduled deletion processing. Essential order records and retry protection are retained separately. Third-party video and social embeds have their own privacy practices.
