All our honey jars are packaged with heavy multi-layer shock-proof bubble wraps and custom cartons. However, in the rare event that your glass jar arrives broken or damaged during courier transit:

• Simply take a quick photo of the damaged package upon delivery.

• We will dispatch a brand-new replacement jar immediately at zero extra cost.

3. How to Request a Refund
